These Terms and Conditions govern travel planning and booking services provided by Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway. By authorizing any booking, making any payment, or otherwise proceeding with travel arrangements, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the separate terms and conditions of each supplier involved in the booking.

Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent for disclosed third-party suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines, transfer companies, insurance providers, and other travel service providers. Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and is not the provider of the travel services booked.

Payments and Supplier Responsibility

All payments for travel arrangements are made directly to the applicable supplier or are processed on the client’s behalf for the supplier. Except for any separately disclosed planning, research, consultation, or professional service fees, Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway does not accept or hold client travel funds in a personal bank account or personal payment account.

Client understands that payments for cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, travel protection, and other trip components are supplier payments and are not deposits into any personal account of Kim Gaster. Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway does not act as a bank, escrow agent, or trustee for client travel payments.

Each supplier is solely responsible for the travel products and services it provides, including reservations, transportation, accommodations, excursions, service delivery, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment. Any claim related to a travel product or service must be addressed under the applicable supplier’s own policies and procedures.

Each supplier maintains its own terms and conditions, including booking rules, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, change fees, penalties, refund rules, and travel documentation requirements. These supplier terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions and will be shared with clients as applicable.

Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway has no authority to waive, alter, negotiate, or otherwise change any supplier’s published or imposed terms, conditions, deadlines, cancellation penalties, fees, or refund rules. Supplier terms remain fully binding on the client.

The client is responsible for reviewing all supplier terms and conditions, invoices, confirmations, and payment deadlines when provided. Failure to read or understand supplier terms does not relieve the client of the obligation to comply with them.

Any cancellation fees, change fees, penalties, or nonrefundable amounts are determined by the supplier unless a separate agency fee has been clearly disclosed in writing. Refunds, if any, are subject to the supplier’s rules and processing timelines.

Any planning or professional service fee charged by Kim Gaster and Your Great Getaway, if applicable, is separate from supplier payments and will be disclosed in advance.
